2012 Ruiz Dental Seminars Registration Policies
Upon receiving your registration, you will be emailed a confirmation with complete event information.
Payment Schedule:
Registration fees are to be paid in full at time of registration. Cancellations must be received in writing or e-mail. Cancellations made 30 days prior to course will receive a full refund; two weeks prior will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellation within 2 weeks will receive 50% credit for future courses. No-shows are not eligible for any refund.
Course Retakes:
Participants are allowed to retake any lecture or workshop a second time at a 50% discounted rate.
Special Rates:
- Current Dental Students (with student ID) or Recent Graduates (within 2 years of graduation) can attend any 7-hour lecture or workshop at a 50% discount.
- Refer a NEW participant and receive 50% off any lecture or workshop you attend together.
