Synopsis

Supra-gingival dentistry can be applied to anterior, posterior, direct and indirect restorative and esthetic dentistry. Opposite to other adhesive techniques based on an academic approach, Dr. Ruiz teaches real world, practical techniques and tricks which are reproducible, reliable and successful. This lecture explains why subgingival margin placement should no longer be considered normal or necessary, and why subgingival margins not only don’t have the perceived advantages. In fact, they have endless disadvantages. Dr. Ruiz will also explain how to overcome the traditional obstacles to stay supra-gingival making dentistry simple by design.
